United Valley Insurance Services selects Rubby Jarnagin as the recipient of the inaugural Jack W. Harbert Good Egg Award at United Valley Insurance Services’ Annual Tradeshow in Fresno, CA.
The award was presented by Rene Swan, President of United Valley Insurance Services and Jack Harbert’s daughter, Wendy Harbert Gutilla, Sr. Underwriting Asst. at Nonprofits Insurance Alliance Group.
The Jack W. Harbert Good Egg Award recognizes individuals who exemplify Mr. Harbert’s passion and knowledge for the insurance industry. Jack Harbert, a life-long learner and self-professed “insurance geek” served United Valley Insurance Services for over 20 years. The award honors the legacy Jack helped build prior to his retirement as Vice President in 2015.
A favorite saying of Jack’s is that, “He’s a good egg” or “She’s a good egg.” The saying is a highly regarded compliment and indicates the individual is hardworking, genuine and kind, with a willingness to help others and a passion for knowledge.
Rubby Jarnagin, the Supervisor/Sr. Marketing Consultant at United Valley Insurance Services was nominated by her colleagues to receive this year’s award and truly embodies, “A good egg.”
In future years, United Valley Insurance Services plans to open nominations to its member agencies.
